George
The location of this hotel is extremely convenient as it is situated close to the border and easily accessible when traveling south. The hotel facilities are great, with a clean and comfortable room that had air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
Nothing at all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Accepts dogs at a small charge.

It was comfortable and the internet access was good.
The directions from Spain were very difficult for us to interpret, it took us 35 mins to find the hotel which was confusing because we could see it but not get there until we went back on the toll road towards Spain. We thought the extra charge for our small dog was unfair.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, especially for travelers like us who were driving. It was easily accessible from the motorway, which made it a convenient stopover for a night. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great perk for staying connected during our trip. Lastly, the hotel had comfortable beds, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling.
the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing.

Very helpfull and pleasent staff and easy to use.

Nice rooms and general layout - good breakfast.
Ridiculously difficult to find - located in the middle of a motorway and if you missed the "s" feed-off lane, it was impossible to get to the hotel in the right direction unless you go back into Spain and drive 15Km in the wrong direction to the first roundabout and then go back. Also, hotel is surrounded by prostitutes - La J. has the biggest sex club in Europe. Ugh !

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The garages were useful to give a sense of security for the car.
I was unaware that the hotel was in the service area of the stop and came off at the junction so ended up having to go back towards Barcelona the next day rather than heading onwards to France! This should be mentioned in the description.

Really excellent position after a long drive across France enroute to our home on the Costa Blanca. Have stayed here before and enjoyed it again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The motel is only accessible from a toll road, the internet use is intermittent, a smell of sewage invades the rooms (apparently when the wind is from a certain direction), the shower head is blocked with calcium buildup.

The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist, who couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. Although reported by other guests, I had no trouble getting to the hotel when travelling towards France. There is an underpass to the left of the petrol station.

Jonquera was the main factor for using the hotel due to the distance from Barcelona.
The location en route north should be highlighted on the booking form - we had to travell south after leaving the hotel in order to continue north. Breakfast (at 9.30) was disappointing. Only scrambled eggs (which were very old / black) were available as a hot breakfast.

Hotel room was spacious and very comfortable although would have liked tea and coffee making facilities.
The actual location was good but fairly difficult to get to and if travelling back up to France you needed to travel back in the direction of Spain for around 15mins to return up the road network back in a northerly direction plus pay the toll

The hotel is a really interesting modern design and has a unique art collection including a beautiful Joan Miro screenprint in the lobby/breakfast room.

A no thrills hotel but clean and tidy with large rooms.
I could not get my car in the garage (but I do have A car larger than most) the upstairs restaurant was more like A works canteen!
